The Director, Global Trade Solutions, will provide guidance on import, export and global trade compliance matters. This individual will ensure the expeditious flow of goods across country borders to support supply chain requirements.
This position will work cross-functionally with the Supply Chain, Merchandising, Marketing, Domestic Logistics, Distribution Operations, Inventory Management and Replenishment, and Retail Operations as well as with our product vendors and logistics/brokerage service providers to optimize our compliance and supply chain to reduce costs and improve both quality and speed. The position will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing Customs Compliance solutions that will drive cost down and provide improvement of overall service.

We are currently seeking a technology release manager who will report to the legal and compliance office and support the vice president of international business in coordination of activities associated with international endeavors to effectively influence and implement U.S. Government National Technology Release Policy, export policy, technology release best practices, and engage with all necessary elements of the U.S. government (USG) to facilitate release approval associated with international business activity.
The Customs Compliance Manager is responsible for performing ongoing analysis of our global import data to determine customs compliance risk areas. The Customs Compliance Manager will use the data gathered during that analysis to develop customs audit programs for our Business Segments. The Customs Compliance Manager is also responsible for managing our annual U.S. CBP Reconciliation filings. Under the supervision of the Senior Counsel & Director of Customs Compliance, the Customs Compliance Manager will supervise a small team of Customs Analysts. The Manager, Global Trade Operations will report to the Associate Director, GTS Operations and is responsible for the coordination with clients, IOR, carriers and CHBs to facilitate the import/export of products globally without disruption. This position will also assist to maintain aspects of international shipment management, import/export compliance, process improvements, and lead a team of trade analysts, and coordinators, providing operational guidance and leadership to the group.
